Friendly service right from the initial phone call. Didn't rush me into making any decisions, but offered advice when asked. Got various quotes based on type of carpet, but found it really affordable. On the day, they were prompt and got straight to work. The work on the stairs and landing lasted just under 2 hours and left the house clean and tidy. Will use again in other parts of the house. Would recommend to anyone who lives in the area.
We first had Gary fit our stairs and landing carpet in 2022. Brilliant quality carpets at a reasonable price and a brilliant service. Yesterday we came home to find our dog had torn part of the carpet. I wasn't sure if Gary was able to do the repairs, but filled in the form online and received a phone call immediately afterwards. They even managed to come today, gave a quote and did the repairs there and then. They were efficient and down to earth, lovely people. I'm very grateful for not only the quick service but the quality of the repair too. I would highly recommend!
